Michael brings over 17 years of experience in financial markets and more than 14 years in the cryptocurrency space. Initially starting in the internet industry, he co-founded and grew “Inode” to become Austria’s second-largest broadband internet provider before its sale to UPC in 2006. His early venture into financial markets began with managing the proceeds from this sale, which sparked his interest in investments and derivatives.
Since 2010, Michael has been actively involved in the cryptocurrency world, experimenting with Bitcoin and later developing smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. He is deeply engaged in the ongoing advancements within the blockchain and AI sectors.
In his technical journey, which began at the age of 10 with a Commodore 64, Michael has consistently remained at the forefront of programming and technological developments. He initially set up all servers and developed both frontend and backend systems for Inode’s customer management.
Michael enjoys staying updated with the latest technological trends, particularly in AI.
Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and outdoor activities.
