Jan brings in varied principal investment, infrastructure capital investment, investment banking, capital raising, executive (CEO, CFO, CIO) and managerial experience acquired over 35 years of working with investment, financial, multinational, and corporate institutions in North America, Europe, and Asia. Jan’s finance career with highly respected global firms provided him with skill sets covering Private Public Partnerships, Private Equity Investments, Asset and Fund Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital & Startups, Private Placements, Initial Public Offerings and Corporate Finance, with the value of transactions, capital raised and assets under management exceeding $7 billion.
Outside work, Jan is also a mountain and rock climber. Some of his notable climbs where he scaled, climbed or lead expeditions include K2 in Himalayas, Cerro Torre in Patagonia, Denali in Alaska, Eigerwand in the Alps, and Ulamertosuaq in Greenland.
