Michael is a seasoned investment banking and capital markets professional, focussing on advising companies on capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, valuation and others issues. He joined BMCP in 2020.
Michael has worked in leading investment banks with a CEE focus, dealing with international capital markets transactions (IPOs), company analysis and valuation and played a key role in the success of the transactions through his expertise in the areas of valuation, structuring and transaction management. He previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance for 6 years and held two head of investor relations positions before founding an advisory boutique in 2012.
At BMCP Michael is responsible for analysis, valuation and presentation of larger projects. In his free time he enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and swimming in nature.
