Wien am 8. Juni 2026. Kern der Tokenisierung ist das Prinzip der digitale Abbildung realer Vermögenswerte auf einer Blockchain. Immobilienprojekte werden dabei in digitale Wertpapiere, sogenannte Security Tokens, aufgeteilt. Anleger können sich dadurch bereits mit vergleichsweise kleinen Beträgen an professionellen Immobilienentwicklungen beteiligen. Beim Projekt „Tigris“ lag das Mindestinvestment bei nur 500 Euro. Insgesamt wurde ein Projektvolumen von rund 11 Millionen Euro umgesetzt, davon wurden knapp 2 Millionen Euro tokenisiert. Die Token-Inhaber partizipierten dabei über verbriefte Genussrechte an 20 Prozent des Gesamtgewinns des Projekts. Die Struktur sorgte dafür, dass die Interessen von Projektentwickler und Investoren wirtschaftlich gleichgerichtet waren. Black Manta Capital Partners fungierte dabei als Tokenisierungsdienstleister und brachte die Emission über sein Haftungsdach sowie „Tokenization as a Service“ regulatorisch konform auf die Blockchain.

On June 6, decentralized finance (DeFi) lending platform Defactor Labs said that it tokenized $100 million worth of Alpha Bonds using the ERC-3643 token standard. The bonds, tokenized on the Polygon network, will be lent to small- and medium-sized enterprises using real-world assets, such as receivables, as collateral. Defactor Labs partnered with law firm CMS to provide legal guidelines and documentation, choosing Luxembourg as the instrument’s governing jurisdiction.
