We believe tokenization is the next infrastructure of finance: faster issuance, wider access, assets that settle in minutes rather than days. This is why, since 2018, we have brought the standards of investment banking to digital assets: licensed, supervised and accountable.
2018. We found Black Manta Capital Partners in Luxembourg. 2019. BaFin licenses BMCP GmbH, and we complete the first regulated cross-border distribution of a tokenized real estate project in Europe. 2020. We become a Direct Funding Partner of the Vienna Stock Exchange and list the first fully tokenized VC fund. 2023. We support Europe’s first institutional-grade securitization vehicle in decentralized finance. 2025. We launch the first European security token offering of a real-world asset on the Canton Network. Today we run nodes, issue on four networks and distribute across the EU.
