Our commitment

Black Manta Capital Partners S.à r.l. wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments. This statement applies to the website blackmanta.capital, including its subpages. It is based on the requirements of the Luxembourg Law of 8 March 2023 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the European standard EN 301 549, which refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The limitations known to us are listed below.

What we have done

  • Clear page structure with headings, landmarks and lists, so that screen readers can navigate the content.
  • Text alternatives for all images; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Animations and illustrations carry a text description, and all motion stops when the operating system is set to reduce motion.
  • All menus, links, buttons and forms can be operated with the keyboard; the keyboard focus is visible.
  • Form fields are labelled, and errors are indicated on the field concerned.
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200 percent, and the layout adapts to screen sizes from mobile phones to large monitors.
  • The language of each page is declared, so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation.

Known limitations

  • There is no “skip to content” link yet; keyboard users pass through the navigation on every page.
  • Some small labels in capital letters and some light grey text may not reach the required colour contrast in every place.
  • Documents provided for download, in particular offering documents of third-party issuers, may not be fully accessible.
  • Pages and services of third parties linked from this website, for example the online broker AGORA direct, are outside our control.

We are working to remove these limitations.
